Morning, Sam. Henley's invoice is nine days late, and Priya wants the retainer call this week.

  • Retainers: £2,400 a month
  • Tone: warm but direct
  • Priya is waiting on a reply
  • Henley invoice: 9 days late

Mine starts every morning already knowing.

The same Monday, with Harris.

Before you sit down, it has read your notes, your inbox and your tools. You open one screen and the day is already sorted.

Harris · ready · Monday

Morning, Sam.

Two invoices are overdue, Henley's by nine days. Priya replied overnight: she wants to talk about the retainer this week. Friday's newsletter is drafted and waiting for you.

Today's three moves

  • Chase the Henley invoice£2,400, nine days late. Your rule: a polite nudge first.
  • Book Priya's callShe asked for this week. Tuesday and Wednesday are clear.
  • Approve Friday's newsletterWritten in your tone, links checked.

Harris in your pocket.

Harris lives on your own computer. On your phone it opens with Face ID: ask it anything out loud and it answers in its own voice, record a meeting and it files the notes for you, check what your agents need. Or drive it from the Claude app with Claude Code Remote Control.

  • Your files stay on your computer. The phone is a window into it.

  • Nothing opens a door into it.Your computer reaches out. Nothing reaches in.

  • Nothing sends without your OK.You tap send. Harris doesn't guess.

Included in every install. Needs a paid Claude plan, your own web domain on Cloudflare (about £10 a year) and your PC left on.

One call. I set it up with you.

No framework to learn and no prompts to write. On a video call at your own PC, I install Harris, load your business into it and build the job you keep putting off. You follow along and click where I point.

When we hang up, you have your own Harris. Tomorrow at 08:30 it's waiting with your list.

Your Harris, day 1

Harris has run my day since 16 August 2026.

It reads my notes every morning and tells me what's open, overdue and next. Every correction becomes tomorrow's rule.

80 seconds, 20 October 2026. Real work, cut by Harris. Sound on.

    A real mistake · 11 October 2026

    What went wrong

I asked Harris to watch my inbox for a business partner's replies. Four checks in a row, it told me "all quiet". He had sent five emails. It was only looking at the one thread the watch started from.

    The rule it wrote

For any watch, search everything from that person across the whole mailbox first, then drill into the threads.

From its rules file. It has worked from this rule ever since. That's what "every failure becomes a rule" means.

No customer quotes yet. You'd be one of the first ten.

Why not just do it yourself?

You can. Anthropic's Small Business plugin is good, and it comes with your Claude plan. Most owners never wire it into their actual business. I do that with you, live, in one session.

    One install. £2,500.

£2,500 once, on a video call

    • Your business, loaded in. Offers, priorities and rules, read every morning.
    • Your console and voice on your PC, with two of your tools connected.
    • Harris on your phone. Face ID to get in, talk to it in its own voice, record meetings that file themselves.
    • The job you keep putting off, built and running in the session.
    • Thirty days of help after. If something breaks in those 30 days, I fix it with you on a call within 48 hours. Plus the video and deck systems set up to your brand.

Afterwards, an optional care plan: £400 a month for updates, one new automation a month and a call with me. Stop any month.

What you also payYour own Claude plan, billed by Anthropic: from $20 a month, and heavy use usually $100 or $200. Harris needs a Windows PC. The phone app needs your own web domain on Cloudflare, about £10 a year, and ElevenLabs Starter for the voice, about $6 a month.
No surprise billsHarris runs on your flat monthly Claude plan, not a metered API key, so it can't run up a bill while you sleep. Keep Claude's extra usage switched off and it stops at your plan's limit instead. On the call I'll check that setting with you and tell you which plan your workload needs.

    Before you book

    What you need

    • A Windows PC, left on when you want Harris working. Not on a Mac yet.
    • A paid Claude plan from Anthropic, from $20 a month.
    • One install session at your PC, with me on the video call. A few terminal steps, and I'm there for each one.
    • Only for the phone app: your own web domain on Cloudflare (about £10 a year) and ElevenLabs Starter for the voice (about $6 a month).
Does it work on a Mac?

Not yet: today Harris needs a Windows PC. Leave your email and you'll hear first when it runs on a Mac.

    Is my data safe?

Your notes, settings and keys stay on your PC, not on a server of ours. The work runs on Claude, so it goes to Anthropic, as it does when you use Claude now. It acts only with the permissions you give it. It isn't a sandbox, so don't run it on a shared or borrowed machine.

    What if it breaks?

Something will. If it breaks in the first 30 days, I fix it with you on a call within 48 hours, and every failure becomes a rule it starts from the next morning. After that, the care plan if you want it.

How much of my time does it take?

The 30-minute call, then one install session on a video call at your own PC. You follow a few terminal steps with me there.

What if it's not right for me?

I'll tell you on the first call, before you pay anything.
