Terms of sale
These terms cover the Harris install and the Harris care plan. They're for business customers: you're buying for your business, not as a private consumer. If that isn't you, please talk to us before booking. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
Who you're buying from: Thomas Scott, United Kingdom, trading as Harris. [TO CONFIRM: trading name and business address]

1. What the install includes
A one-to-one, done-with-you install on a video call. During the install we:
- set up your own copy of Harris on your Windows PC and load your business (offers, priorities and rules) into your vault;
- get the console and voice running;
- connect two of the tools you already use;
- set up the video system and the deck system and configure them to your brand. Making finished films or decks is not included unless we agree it in writing; [THOMAS TO DECIDE: whether a first finished film or deck is included]
- build one system you've been putting off, agreed with you on the fit call ("the afternoon build"). We agree its scope before the session, and it has to be something that can sensibly be built in one session. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
After the install you get 30 days of help by email, starting on the day of the install session. [THOMAS TO APPROVE: channel and response time for help]
2. Price and payment
- The founding install is £1,500 for ten seats, until 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October 2026. After that an install is £2,500.
- The founding price applies if you've agreed to go ahead (by accepting our bill) before that deadline, even if your install session takes place later. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
- You pay before your install. After the fit call we send you a bill; your install session is booked once it's paid.
- Prices are in pounds sterling. [TO CONFIRM: VAT status, and whether prices include or exclude VAT]
3. What you need and what you pay others
- A Windows PC that you control and administer. Harris doesn't run on a Mac.
- Your own paid Claude plan from Anthropic (Pro from $20 a month; heavy daily use usually needs Max, at $100 or $200 a month), paid by you directly to Anthropic.
- Optional: an ElevenLabs account if you want a natural speaking voice, and accounts for any tools you want connected. These costs are yours and are not part of our price.
- Third-party services change their prices, limits and terms. We can't control that, and it isn't a reason for a refund.
4. Scheduling and rescheduling
- We agree the install date together once your bill is paid.
- You can move your session once for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are at our discretion. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
- If we need to move the session, we'll give you as much notice as we can and offer the next available slot.
- If you miss a session without notice, we'll offer one more date. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
5. Cancellation and refunds [THOMAS TO APPROVE: whole section]
- Before your install session: cancel at least 2 working days before the session and we refund what you've paid in full.
- Less than 2 working days before: we refund what you've paid minus £250 to cover the reserved time.
- After the install session: the install fee isn't refundable, because the work has been done. If we don't deliver something listed in section 1, tell us within the 30 days of help and we'll finish it at no cost; if we can't, we'll refund a fair proportion of the fee.
6. The care plan
- The care plan is optional and available after your install: £400 a month.
- It includes updates to your Harris setup, one new module or automation a month (agreed with you, sized to fit a month), and a monthly call with Thomas.
- No contract. It's billed monthly in advance, and you can stop any month by telling us before your next billing date. It ends at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
- An unused monthly module or automation doesn't roll over. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
7. It runs on your machine, under your control
- Harris runs on your PC with the permissions you give it. You decide what it may read, change, send or spend, and you're responsible for those settings and for checking work before you rely on it.
- Harris is not a sandbox. Don't run it on a shared Windows account or a machine you don't control. You're responsible for your own backups.
- Your vault, settings and keys stay on your PC. You keep ownership of your data and of what Harris makes for you.
- AI makes mistakes. Harris is built to check its work and say what it verified, but it can still be wrong. Don't use it for decisions where an error could cause serious harm without a person checking first.
8. Software and licences
The Harris software and modules are licensed to you for use in your own business. Third-party software and services (including Claude Code, Anthropic's models and any connected tools) are covered by their own terms, which you accept with those providers. [THOMAS TO APPROVE: licence terms for the Harris framework]
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you for everything connected with an install or care plan is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [THOMAS TO APPROVE]
- We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.
- We aren't responsible for third-party services, or for actions Harris takes within permissions you've given it.
10. General
- These terms, plus anything we agree in writing for your install, are the whole agreement between us.
- We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms that apply are the ones in place when you agreed to go ahead.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
How we use personal data is in our privacy notice.
