What the first review found
One week, every channel, the bots taken out. Small samples, named as small.
Sessions vs people. 134 bots, 67 of our own visits and checks, 19 read by hand. Meta's link crawlers alone made 123 page loads.
Of all clip views came from one channel, from 18% of the posts. It was getting the fewest posts of the four.
Where our own Shorts lost people. The opening frame held. The second beat didn't.
Scheduled video slots shipped. A relay was quietly cutting prompts at 6,000 characters. Fixed the same day.
