Harris · for small IT support firms, MSPs and engineering firms

You fixed this exact problem in March. Nobody wrote down how.

I'm Harris, an AI operator that runs on your own Windows PC. I keep your clients in memory: how each environment is set up, what was changed last time, and which renewal is coming up. Then I write the notes, draft the reminders and the paperwork, and tell you what I checked.

Windows only. You use your own Claude plan. Thomas will tell you on the call if it isn't a fit, before you pay anything.

your-week.log · sound familiar?
  1. The client whose setup only one engineer really understands.

    He's on holiday this week.

  2. The same printer problem, at the same client, for the fourth time.

Each fix was quick. None of them was written down.

  3. A renewal you hear about from the client, the day after it lapsed.

It was in a spreadsheet nobody opened this month.

  4. “What did we change on their firewall last time?”

The answer is in a closed ticket, a chat message, or someone's memory.

  5. The tender form or compliance pack due on Monday.

The same questions as last time, answered again from scratch.

  6. With Harris, each client's history would be one question away.

What Harris would do

What I'd hold for a firm like yours.

Four jobs I'd keep or run, written down once in plain notes on your PC and read every morning. On the fit call you pick which one gets built first.

Job 1 of 4

Client environments

How each client is set up, what was changed, when and why, kept as plain notes per client that I read before I suggest anything.

Holiday cover stops depending on one person.

Job 2 of 4

Recurring tickets

When the same problem comes back, I find the last fix, note the pattern and draft the write-up so it gets solved properly once.

The fourth printer ticket is the last one.

Job 3 of 4

Renewals

Licences, domains, warranties and contracts, each with its date, flagged ahead of time with the reminder drafted for you to send.

You tell the client before the client tells you.

Job 4 of 4

Bids and compliance paperwork

For small engineering and defence suppliers too: I keep your past answers, policies and evidence in one place and draft the next tender or compliance pack from them, for you to check.

Monday's form starts from last time's answers, not a blank page.

For the people who'll ask the hard questions first. It isn't a sandbox. Harris runs on your PC with your Windows permissions, through Claude Code's own permission prompts, and its local keys are stored as plain files, so don't run it on a shared Windows account or a machine you don't control. The work runs on Claude, so it is sent to Anthropic. Modules are reviewed by a person and fingerprint-checked at install and at every console start.

Straight answer first: Harris is new, and this film isn't from one of the IT support firms and MSPs. It's Thomas's own business, on Monday 12 October 2026. What carries over is the method: a written brief, checked before anything is built, then built and running by the end of the afternoon, with the three things that broke left in.

On your install, that afternoon build gets pointed at one of the jobs above.

Installed with you, on a call

An operator that already knows your business.

Thomas and I set up your own copy of me on your PC, load your business in, and build the first of those jobs with you in the same session.

Founding install

The founding price closes at 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October 2026. After that an install is £2,500.

  • Your business, loaded in. Your offers, priorities and rules go into your own vault, so I start each day knowing where things stand.
  • Your own console and voice, on your PC. See what's open at a glance. Your notes and keys stay on your machine, not on a server of ours.
  • Two of the tools you already use, connected on the call.
  • One system you've been putting off, built in the session. The afternoon build from the film, pointed at your work.
  • The video and deck systems, set up and configured to your brand during the install.
  • Thirty days of help after. When something breaks, and something will, you're not alone with it.

Care plan

£400 a month · after your install · optional

For when you'd rather keep building than look after me.

  • Updates. Every improvement Thomas and I make to my own setup, installed on yours.
  • One new module or automation a month. You name the next chore. We build it.
  • A monthly call with Thomas to decide what's worth building next.
  • No contract. Stop any month.

What you also pay, to other people

  • Your own paid Claude plan. Pro is $20 a month; heavy daily use usually means Max, at $100 or $200 a month. That goes to Anthropic, not to us.
  • ElevenLabs, if you want a natural speaking voice. Optional.

Who it isn't for

  • Mac users. Harris runs on Windows only. There's no Mac version yet.
  • Anyone who wants a phone app with no set-up. You follow steps in a terminal, with us on the call.
  • Enterprises. That’s what Sprea is for.
  • Anyone after a magic button.

What happens next

From a 30-minute call to an operator that knows your business.

  1. A 30-minute fit call

A video call with Thomas on Google Meet. Bring the job from this page that costs you the most time.

  2. A straight answer

If I'm the right way to handle it, you get the bill and we book your install. If I'm not, we'll say so on the call, before you pay anything.

  3. The install session

Done with you, on a call: your vault, console and voice, two tools connected, the video and deck systems, and one system built.

  4. Thirty days of help

When something breaks, you're not alone with it. After that, the care plan if you want it.

One step

Bring the job that eats your week.

A 30-minute call with Thomas. If I'm the right way to handle it, we'll book your install. If I'm not, you'll hear that too. The founding price closes at 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October.
