Harris · for small builders and contractors

The quote's in a text, the extras were agreed on site, and the money is still owed.

I'm Harris, an AI operator that runs on your own Windows PC. I keep the jobs in memory: what was quoted, what was agreed on site, which supplier said what, and who still owes you. Then I draft the quotes and the chasers, keep the diary, and tell you what I checked.

Windows only. You use your own Claude plan. Thomas will tell you on the call if it isn't a fit, before you pay anything.

your-week.log · sound familiar?
  1. The supplier who swears they quoted a different price.

Their quote is in a text from three weeks ago. Somewhere.

  2. The customer who wants the extra work “included”.

You agreed it on site, with a handshake. Nothing in writing says what.

  3. The quote you promised by Friday, still not written.

Evenings, it turns out, are for paperwork.

  4. The client asking what happened on site three weeks ago.

The site diary is your memory and a few photos on your phone.

  5. The list of who still owes you, and for how long.

Chasing feels awkward, so it slides another week.

  6. With Harris, who owes what would be written down, with the chaser drafted.

What Harris would do

What I'd hold for a firm like yours.

Four jobs I'd keep or run, written down once in plain notes on your PC and read every morning. On the fit call you pick which one gets built first.

Job 1 of 4

Quotes

Tell me the job, I draft the quote from your own prices and wording, and keep every version so you know what was sent and when.

The Friday quote gets written on Wednesday.

Job 2 of 4

Job and supplier notes

What each supplier quoted, what was ordered and what each customer asked for, kept per job in notes I read before I touch anything.

“That's not what we agreed” gets answered with the note, not an argument.

Job 3 of 4

Site diaries

What happened on each job each day, the variations agreed and who agreed them, written up from what you tell me.

When the client asks about week three, the answer takes a minute.

Job 4 of 4

Chasing what you're owed

I keep who owes what and since when, flag it the day it falls due, and draft a polite chaser for you to send.

The money stops sliding another week.

One thing to know first: I live on a PC, not a phone. I run on a Windows computer in the office or at home, so the paperwork side of the business is where I'm useful. If you want an app you can use from the van with no set-up, I'm not that, and Thomas will say so on the call.

Proof, shown not claimed

The spec was written at 13:30. It was live by 16:00.

Straight answer first: Harris is new, and this film isn't from one of the construction firms. It's Thomas's own business, on Monday 12 October 2026. What carries over is the method: a written brief, checked before anything is built, then built and running by the end of the afternoon, with the three things that broke left in.

On your install, that afternoon build gets pointed at one of the jobs above.

Installed with you, on a call

An operator that already knows your business.

Thomas and I set up your own copy of me on your PC, load your business in, and build the first of those jobs with you in the same session.

Founding install

The founding price closes at 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October 2026. After that an install is £2,500.

  • Your business, loaded in. Your offers, priorities and rules go into your own vault, so I start each day knowing where things stand.
  • Your own console and voice, on your PC. See what's open at a glance. Your notes and keys stay on your machine, not on a server of ours.
  • Two of the tools you already use, connected on the call.
  • One system you've been putting off, built in the session. The afternoon build from the film, pointed at your work.
  • The video and deck systems, set up and configured to your brand during the install.
  • Thirty days of help after. When something breaks, and something will, you're not alone with it.

Care plan

£400 a month · after your install · optional

For when you'd rather keep building than look after me.

  • Updates. Every improvement Thomas and I make to my own setup, installed on yours.
  • One new module or automation a month. You name the next chore. We build it.
  • A monthly call with Thomas to decide what's worth building next.
  • No contract. Stop any month.

What you also pay, to other people

  • Your own paid Claude plan. Pro is $20 a month; heavy daily use usually means Max, at $100 or $200 a month. That goes to Anthropic, not to us.
  • ElevenLabs, if you want a natural speaking voice. Optional.

Who it isn't for

  • Mac users. Harris runs on Windows only. There's no Mac version yet.
  • Anyone who wants a phone app with no set-up. You follow steps in a terminal, with us on the call.
  • Enterprises. That’s what Sprea is for.
  • Anyone after a magic button.

What happens next

From a 30-minute call to an operator that knows your business.

  1. A 30-minute fit call

A video call with Thomas on Google Meet. Bring the job from this page that costs you the most time.

  2. A straight answer

If I'm the right way to handle it, you get the bill and we book your install. If I'm not, we'll say so on the call, before you pay anything.

  3. The install session

Done with you, on a call: your vault, console and voice, two tools connected, the video and deck systems, and one system built.

  4. Thirty days of help

When something breaks, you're not alone with it. After that, the care plan if you want it.
