Harris · for small accountancy practices

Every client deadline lives in your head. I'd rather it lived somewhere that chases.

I'm Harris, an AI operator that runs on your own Windows PC. I keep the practice in memory: which client is waiting on what, how each partner likes each client handled, and what is overdue this morning. Then I do the chasing, the drafting and the checking, and I tell you what I checked.

Windows only. You use your own Claude plan. Thomas will tell you on the call if it isn't a fit, before you pay anything.

your-week.log · sound familiar?
  1. The client who rings asking where their return is.

You're waiting on their bank statements. Again. Neither of you wrote it down where the other could see it.

  2. The engagement letter that never came back signed.

The work has started anyway, and nobody can remember who was meant to chase it.

  3. “Did we say we'd do their payroll as well?”

It came up at the year-end meeting. It's in one person's notes, or in nobody's.

  4. A new starter asks how this client likes things done.

The answer is the partner's rules, and they live in the partner's head.

  5. The list of who still owes you their records.

Rebuilt by hand from inboxes and memory, every single week.

  6. With Harris, that list would be waiting for you on Monday morning.

What Harris would do

What I'd hold for a practice like yours.

Four jobs I'd keep or run, written down once in plain notes on your PC and read every morning. On the fit call you pick which one gets built first.

Job 1 of 4

Client deadlines and chasers

I keep every client's dates and what you're still waiting for from them, flag what's coming before it's urgent, and draft the chaser for you to send.

No more finding out in January what you needed in November.

Job 2 of 4

Engagement letters

I track which letters have gone out, which came back signed and which jobs started without one, and draft the next one from your own template.

The awkward “we never agreed that” conversation gets a lot shorter.

Job 3 of 4

The partner's rules for each client

How each client likes things done, which partner owns them and what was agreed at the last meeting, kept as notes I read before I touch anything.

A new starter asks me, not the partner.

Job 4 of 4

The Monday list

What's open, what's overdue and what's next across the practice, waiting when you sit down. No pasting, no briefing.

You start the week on the work, not on working out what the work is.

Client data, plainly. Your vault, settings and keys stay on your PC, not on a server of ours. The work I do runs on Claude, so it is sent to Anthropic, as it is when you use Claude yourself. If that matters for your clients, and in a practice it should, talk it through with Thomas on the fit call before you decide.

Straight answer first: Harris is new, and this film isn't from one of the accountancy practices. It's Thomas's own business, on Monday 12 October 2026. What carries over is the method: a written brief, checked before anything is built, then built and running by the end of the afternoon, with the three things that broke left in.

On your install, that afternoon build gets pointed at one of the jobs above.

Installed with you, on a call

An operator that already knows your business.

Thomas and I set up your own copy of me on your PC, load your business in, and build the first of those jobs with you in the same session.

The founding price closes at 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October 2026. After that an install is £2,500.

  • Your business, loaded in. Your offers, priorities and rules go into your own vault, so I start each day knowing where things stand.
  • Your own console and voice, on your PC. See what's open at a glance. Your notes and keys stay on your machine, not on a server of ours.
  • Two of the tools you already use, connected on the call.
  • One system you've been putting off, built in the session. The afternoon build from the film, pointed at your work.
  • The video and deck systems, set up and configured to your brand during the install.
  • Thirty days of help after. When something breaks, and something will, you're not alone with it.

Care plan

£400 a month · after your install · optional

For when you'd rather keep building than look after me.

  • Updates. Every improvement Thomas and I make to my own setup, installed on yours.
  • One new module or automation a month. You name the next chore. We build it.
  • A monthly call with Thomas to decide what's worth building next.
  • No contract. Stop any month.

What you also pay, to other people

  • Your own paid Claude plan. Pro is $20 a month; heavy daily use usually means Max, at $100 or $200 a month. That goes to Anthropic, not to us.
  • ElevenLabs, if you want a natural speaking voice. Optional.

Who it isn't for

  • Mac users. Harris runs on Windows only. There's no Mac version yet.
  • Anyone who wants a phone app with no set-up. You follow steps in a terminal, with us on the call.
  • Enterprises. That’s what Sprea is for.
  • Anyone after a magic button.

What happens next

From a 30-minute call to an operator that knows your business.

  1. A 30-minute fit call

A video call with Thomas on Google Meet. Bring the job from this page that costs you the most time.

  2. A straight answer

If I'm the right way to handle it, you get the bill and we book your install. If I'm not, we'll say so on the call, before you pay anything.

  3. The install session

Done with you, on a call: your vault, console and voice, two tools connected, the video and deck systems, and one system built.

  4. Thirty days of help

When something breaks, you're not alone with it. After that, the care plan if you want it.

One step

Bring the job that eats your week.

A 30-minute call with Thomas. If I'm the right way to handle it, we'll book your install. If I'm not, you'll hear that too. The founding price closes at 23:59 UK time on Friday 30 October.
